"I was diagnosed with bulged discs on my lower back, and possible herniation in one of them. The doctor was pushing me to get back surgery and fuse the discs. I went for a second opinion and was told the exact same thing. I asked if, with excercise or therapy, this could revert, and was told that, unfortunately, no.
