"Qualified", "Certified", and "Master" Surgeon are designations utilized by the Graham International Implant Institute (GIII) for marketing purposes on behalf of the individual physician/surgeon and pertain only to the type of training accomplished through GIII education resources and subsequent performances of the procedure. Performance of a minimum number of procedures on a biannual basis is required for credential maintenance. GIII makes no assertion as to individual validity of medical/surgical licensing or encumbrances thereof nor to the specific abilities of any physician or surgeon holding out to perform EOTTS with use of HyProCure®.

Qualified Surgeon: A physician/surgeon is deemed Qualified to perform EOTTS with HyProCure® once they have completed on-line training as published on the HyProCure.com website OR following active participation in a combined didactic and cadaver lab training seminar provided by or authorized by GIII.

Certified Surgeon: A physician/surgeon is deemed Certified in EOTTS with HyProCure® after first performing the requirements to achieve Qualified status and then performing no less than five (5) procedures.

Master Surgeon: A physician/surgeon is deemed Master once they have successfully performed a minimum of thirty (30) EOTTS with HyProCure® procedure.
